The 2010 Comets 6-a-side tournament dates have been set by the club committee for the Sat & Sun, the 19th & 20th June 2010. This is normally on a first come first serve basis, and one of the largest tournaments held in the area. So if you want a place for a team, or for all your teams, make sure that you get your team applications into the tournament administrator as early as you can. The tournament has only been advertised for 5 days and already we are receiving entries.
In the 2009 tournament we had teams playing from seven counties. Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Surrey, and in addition we had a Special Needs section featuring St Albans City, Comets Sports Club and Bedwell Rangers.

Welcome to the Comets Sports Club website. The club is local to Hemel Hempstead and has provided organised football in the community for more than 36 years and is now one of the largest clubs in the area. We currently run more than 20 boys teams in 12 age groups, from 6 years of age to senior level, a Special Needs Squad and a Girls team. Our teams normally compete in one of three local leagues, the West Herts Youth League, the Watford Friendly League or the Berkhamsted Sunday League. Comets is also fully affiliated to the Hertfordshire F.A. and holds its charter standard, a qualification we are proud to hold.
