This is the Privacy Policy of Comets Sports Club.

1. Our commitment to privacy

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors. This policy explains what information we may collect about you and your visits to our website, how we use them, and about use of cookies on our website.

This policy is valid for 1 day from the time it is loaded by a client.

We reserve the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

For each visitor to our website we log HTTP request to our server. This includes:

  • request date and time
  • page requested
  • HTTP code
  • HTTP referer
  • user agent
  • bytes transferred

We use this data for the following purposes:

  • website administration

  • anonymous user profiling and decision-making
  • anonymous marketing and advertisement purposes

We do not collect personally identifiable information on our website.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. This information is for our internal use only and it's not passed to third parties unless it is required, as described in Clause 10: Information Disclosure.

7. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyse and generate reports about use of our website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies. The generated information is stored by Google and it's governed by Google Privacy Policy.

8. Linked websites

Our website contains hyperlink to external websites, owned and operated by third parties. These websites have their own privacy policies and we suggest to review them.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and your use of such websites is at your own risk.

9. Email security

Emails sent to us may not be secure. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information.

Given the inherent operation and nature of the Internet, all email transmissions are done at the user's own risk.

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may disclose personal information about you:
